I got some new dumbbells/weights (the new bowflex adjustable ones)

I was annoyed with switching weights and shit since it seemed to take too long. These things work great, and I am now prepared to get flamed for owning something from Bowflex!

that was m favorite thing about going to the gym. all the set dumbells. just rack em and get whatever size weight you want. I hated lifting in my garage cuz half the workout time would be for changing weights
