Need some relationship advice, guys...

So my gf and I went to a club with some friends and she started dancing with one of her girl friends. They were dancing face to face and some shmuck comes and tries to dance with them and even holds my girl from the waist. Of course I got pissed and shoved his hand away. We exchanged some unfriendly words and were about to "get it on". Luckily, I was backed away from one of my friends and the shmuck was backed away from his friends and my GF!!! I pulled her away and yelled "WHAT THE FU*K ARE YOU DOING?!!!" It's been almost 5 days now and I'm still pissed...

I spoke to her tonight and she said that she was backing the guy away from me because she wanted to protect me... BS. She also said that she does not "remember" the guy touching her... BS again.

What I'm pissed about is:
1. What the hell was she doing in the first place allowing another guy to dance with her
2. Why she let him touch her (even though it's around the waist)
3. Why she backed him up instead of attending to me

It's like 3am and I can't sleep... We live together in an apartment but she's been sleeping at her parents' place for the past 4 days... oh and by the way, we've been together for 6 and a half years and I plan to marry her in a year or two.

I love her so much but I just can't get this monkey off my back. (She's planning to take her stuff out of the apartment tomorrow and move back to her parents' and probably end our relationship)

Any advice guys? This is a sensitive and personal topic so could you please not reply with "PM me the nudes" or some shiet like that... thanks...

get over the jealousy, if she wants to fuck another dude she will, you cant stop her. If after 6 and a half years this shit derails you two then maybe it wasn't meant to be and thank your lucky stars you got out before it was too late. as for her backing the other guy away, maybe she thought you were going to get your ass kicked, or maybe she has met with this guy before. She danced with him because all girls like the attention of other men, just to show you other people want them, so dont fuck up.

Seriously, if you've been with this chick for over half a decade and THIS kinda of petty shits is a blow up, you guys need help.

Also, wtf is wrong with you letting her turn this into somehow you did something wrong and its her whos threatening to break with you? Damn does she have you by the balls dude. Not good!

not to be a dick, but what do expect to happen at a club? i mean, when you were single and you saw some hot chick on the floor, i doubt you ran over and did the electric slide with her. if the guy was grinding on her for an extended period and she didnt do anything, i think you got a legit issue with her, and you are in the right to be mad, if not, maybe you are over reacting

agree with everyone here. if you've been with this chick for that long and you still have trust issues/jealousy problems there's obviously a problem in your guys relationship or maybe just yourself.

look, she hasn't been with you for this long for no reason man, shit like that should just be brushed to the side, move on about this issue. from the outside looking in that really does look rediculous. it's the club, of course that shit is gonna happen.

1) bottled your girl friend with an empty Heineken and then scream "look what you made me do to you"

or

2) stomped the guy out, cut his still beating heart from his chest, devoured it, then look your girl squarely in they eye and tell her: now I have his mana.
