If this doesnt work, entitle yourself to his shit, like wear his clothes. if you take the aggressive behavior you need to also protect yourself from retaliation.

Since I do all the laundry I already end up wearing his shirts once in a while - now that I think about it I've done so twice. He ran out of socks and wore mine for a couple days and this wasn't a problem. So that's a wash.
The worst thing is that I'm living here rent free.
We were supposed to get a place together weeks ago. I submitted applications to a number of apartments and a house. But the hosue was too far away for him, one of the apartments is in the same complex as an old gf of his and the new one gets jealous, etc. There are always excuses. I've offered to pay rent right now but he will not accept it since he's not actually paying the rent himself.
I'm not twisting his arm to get out either, his dad is paying $960/month now and it's a shithole in a shit neighborhood. The apartment where I applied yesterday will be 1025 split 50/50. But his dad paid up through the end of the month so we have to get out ASAP.
Oh and he's 25. The laziest mf I've ever met.
