she answered his "is she breathing?" question a few times and he wouldn't shut up about it for five fucking minutes, he kept asking it, and he had a bit of a condescending tone. if someone near you is dying you don't need that kinda frustration

That is a terrible operator.How the hell does he think he knows whats best being that he isnt there to see whats going on. Sounds like they probably would have done better without his instructions. I dont see how he could be giving instructions fast enough to save someone that isnt breathing.
