I find sleeping on my right side gives a 99% chance of not having bad dreams.

While if I sleep on my left side its about 70%. (The dreams are more bizzare and sick 2.)

It's bad for the neck to sleep on the stomach. And for the nightmares there is a solution. It's called lucid dreams. You decide what you're doing in your dream from the moment you're aware that you're dreaming.

I'm surprised so many people can sleep on their stomachs... I can't fall asleep that way. I do notice that whenever I have a "nightmare" that I am usually sleeping on my back though. I move around a lot in my sleep... and to get comfortable. I probably go from left side, to right side, to back... 2 to 3 times each before falling asleep.

it doesn't matter how i fall asleep, i pretty much breakdance in my sleep. i've kicked, punched, kneed, pushed, and whatever other combative actions you can think of to girlfriends while sleeping. i don't know why, but i move around the entire night. it could be the mexican family that lives under my bed giving me this problem, but who knows.

They say you cant turn the light switch off while dreaming. The light will always be the same. So try it and if the lights dont change, you know ur dreaming. Then you can do anything you want. True
