What was the worst day of your life like? Why was it the worst? What happened?

I'm having kind of a crappy day but your horror stories will make my day seem great by comparison.

about a month or so ago, when sherdog forums were down about half the day. i still wake up in cold sweats in the middle of the night.

I played a show where I forgot the lyrics, sang the wrong notes, played the wrong chord, and lost rhythm within the span of 5 seconds. There weren't a ton of people there, but a good chunk of them were my friends. Most embarrasing moment ever.

This sounds like more of a Mayberry thread, I think you're gonna get alot of ''I raped my Grandma and she gave birth to my baby Uncle'' responses.

I almost died after finishing a XC race one time...my face turned bright purple and I couldnt breathe. Luckily there were paramedics on hand so that I didnt have to go see the big man just yet...I think I was like only 14 or so but that sucked.
