I think he posted right after he was banned one time on an account like "magic man 2" or something. He only posted once and the account is not banned. I will believe he is back when someone posts on that account.

The "final straw" was when he made fun of the kickboxing trainer's laugh back in TUF season 1. I think it was mostly b/c he was intimidating to the new members.
