Anyone know anything about Work for Hire Contracts?
I never signed one and was Paid as an Independent Contract according to my paychecks and my taxes. This goes in with the thread where I thought I was going to jail, but I'm not. The guy has all my work on the computer I was working on and is going to use it with the intent to distribute and make money off of. But since I did the work for him he thinks it is his work and not mine and can do what he wants with it to re sale. However I never signed a work for hire contract, and by law according to what I have read on wiki and the copyright law of 1976 and other stuff. That he can only do that if there was "a written agreement on both parties that the work was made for hire" "The work is automatically work for hire, if the author of the work is an employee of the employer, not if the author is and independent contractor or freelance designer"
Looks like I have made a case for myself.

Right now I'm pretty buzzed, and I'm watching a porno called Sweet Cream Pies, and Aurora Snow is getting DP'd and the two dudes just blew the Twin-Johnston, one in her anus and one in the pussy.
Is that gay? Am I gay?

One questioning their sexuality typically answers their own question.

Sounds pretty simple to me. If you didnt sign the contract for hire, then you worked as an independent contractor and it is your work.
Get a lawyer or go to small claims court.
