sorry bro, i haven't seen anything good lately. best recent movie i've seen is "tarnation," but there's a little bit off gayness in it. if you aren't too prejudiced to watch it, i think it's actually one of the more important films made in a long time. it's pretty depressing, but it's an excellent film, and definitely something different from the "loose cannon divorced cop with drinking problem taken off case; hunts down villains on his own after having badge and gun taken away; corrupt precinct; car chase, likeable black sidekick gets killed, stimulating audience desire for hero to kill villain in climactic shoot-out/hand-to-hand combat in warehouse; hero gets ex wife back' shit.
