alright my ot brethren .,.
the time has come to help me again .. i need a diy website builder .. i have shelled out countless amounts of $$ on flaky website builders and i always end up not liking it .. so if yous could provide me some links to a good website builder i would much appreciate it and thanx will come in teh form of tranny porn to your pm box ..

It's a Macromedia app, that is bascially te industry standard (last I reckon) for constructing web pages.
