I think you should make a post in the heavyweight forum about your opponent gouging you and how it was cheap and how you totally won and how your opponent was over rated and only won because of the cheap move.

That seems to help a lot of people.

ok, i realize i'm not going to die.

second question.

is it safe to start working out again? i feel ok, a little numbness around the mouth. slightly dizzy. but basically i feel ok. my vision is fucked, but that's the worse part.

pics will have to wait until tomorrow. i left my camera at work.
