Anyone experienced this? Sure, I've had some spurts (check your mom's tits), but I just got a check-up and went from 6'4 3/4" to 6'5 3/4" and had my shoe size went from 13 to 14. I'm 23. My doctor assured me it was normal, but it's fucking weird. Anyone else have any ridiculous growth spurts?

I never had any rapid growth in my life. I grew steadily from birth to when I was about 15. Stopped there at 6'2'' and haven't grown in the 5 years since.

that gives me hope i have grown real slow and steady all my life

at one point i was like 5'6 and had friends 6'0 tall

i am 5'8 now and am 18 whitch is ok but another inch or two would be good

some people don't stop growing till they're about 25, but then again you could have been an inch taller because when you first wake up, the pads in-between your vertebrae are not yet compressed from standing erect so you're slightly taller until later in the day
