So that one day you can actually have a thread about YOU. Probably the most accomplished thing you will ever have in your life.

Cecil Peoples was the judge in the Tom fight

No. He's the one who told Lu to "use the eight trigram palm"

ok, so he sheds his skin every three years and apparently has a "palm of death" move which led to TOM's demise.

I think I saw this guy once on Kung Fu Theater and he was shooting fireballs from his hands - the great Kabuki has nothing on this guy - Dana should sign him

Tom was overrated, Japanese TKD master was his best win.

Although now that he sheds his skin every three years, I have to believe his true identity as one of the alien lizard people among us will soon be revealed. Eat tomatoes indeed...
With all due respect Spacepotato, I take exception to this post. First, those were two foreigners he fought, not the only fights he participated in. If you read closer, he was at every martial arts competition anywhere near him. At his age, I would say hes been to quite a few competitions. The overall tone of your voice, is one of doubt. You have to keep in mind, the time period and the area of the world he is in. There wasnt a Vanderlei Silva or Red Devil that was a highly trained fighter to go challenge these guys. They delt with folks that were available to them, the people available. So Im sure his reputation is deserved when looking at the time period and area. There is a huge difference between MMA and traditional Martial Arts obviously. But Gong Fu is just one aspect of MMA, the chinese way and you have to respect the fact he trained for as long as he did and accomplished what he had. Could he take Fedor? Haha, probably not. But is he a man amongst men in the Kung Fu world and has been for years? Definitely. These guys deserve respect for dedicating their lives to a Martial Art and its obviously paid off for him.

The "martial arts contests" that he won at an advanced age could have been kata-type things where the contestants don't fight each other.

It's awesome that he's still as active at his age.
