I haven't worked up the nerve to try 10 reppers yet.
It's on my "to do" list though.

BB + 10 x 3
*Had to work out at home today. I decided not to squat because squatting at home is mentally difficult for me right now. If I can't clean the weight I'm supposed to squat then I automatically beat myself mentally and it just ruins the rest of work out. So I decided to start with the lifts I knew I could do 100%. Bench felt good and strong and so did BORs. Instead of squatting I did some hang clean and presses. I'll be doing these more often at home instead of squatting. Finished with some landmines. I was gonna either do landmines or good mornings but again I just wasn't mentally there to clean heavy weights onto my back.
Man I need to get on the video for the summer squat competition. In one month I won't have access to my uni gym anymore and I will be lifting out exclusively at home. I'm gonna play some bball tonight with my buds, which is another reason why I decided not to squat right now. Plus I was still a little sore from Wednesday.

-Treadmill-
40 minutes at 3.0 mph 0% incline
*I wanted to do my jump circuit today, but I was really sore. Basketball seems to do give me a lot of aching joints and soreness. I was barely able to get any sleep last night because of it. Oh and I also got the Greens Plus thing in powder form. Tastes horrible, but yay!

other things that are good for lower back recovery is supermans/flying squirrels, holding a back bridge (up on hands, head, or with your shoulders on floor), cat/camel stretch, lying flat on your back with arms outstretched (picture a t) and kicking a foot to each hand (alternating back and forth, keeping the non-moving foot planted)
