Single arm barbell push press:
These are probably called something else, but the motion resembles a shot-put. start out with your body and the bar sideways- then push and twist until you are standing in a standard press position..

I think that's a bent press you're describing. Or the second half of a bent press.

Truly impressive.
I can't believe you are doing so many pull ups at that body weight, hell, at any body weight. Press up numbers are feat as well.

in fact it is nearly identical to a bent press. just subtract the bend at the waist and add a squat and push press..

So sort of like a drop-snatch whereby you start with the bar on your back like a you're going to squat. But then you drop into the squat and catch the weight overhead in the snatch position. Only you do it with one-arm, and....

ya, I think I got it.
well...hmm..

it's like the pictures..

but you bend slightly at the knees, then drive the weight off of your shoulder on the way up...a basic single are push press with a more natural starting position..
