don't do them..

If my squat work starts to wear my legs down to where I feel like I am working towrds injury; the I might try... suffice to say, it might take a few weeks to get my balance and flexibility back..

I meant 30 minutes to finish the pushups...then 30 to do the dips....

not 30 for the entire thing

na...I wussed out of it..

Some programs are good for certain people...

I need a day to do SOHP and Cleans..

I think the good ol 5x5 with modifications or the texas routine are more suited to my style...

Basically hold 3/4 of the way up, then try to work my way in a 360 around the bar...

threw up in my mouth about half way through that last squat session.. tasted like fish oil..

yeah, I think I will do some pullup work, and record a 30 rep
or maybe a 240 sohp... as soon as I finish building my girlfriends table (which is costing somewhere in the 2,000 dollar range) I am going to buy a canon EOS 40D....
