strength is fading a bit..as far as 1RMs are concerned.

But all the Oly and bodyweight work has certainly helped my endurance..

My reps have increased, while my strength has lapsed a bit...except on squats, OHP and Cleans (because I train them so much).

Watching little Southeast Asians clean and jerk more than I can clean inspired me to hit the gym for an OLY session

Felt good to do these with a full ROM front squat in the catch, but I'm lacking mid range hip flexibility which is causing me to tip forward on the catch.
