workout # 2 for today.
scott has had the pleasure of working out at the gym jones facility in utah..so he passed a few workouts my way...
workout one:
size matters
single arm dumbell clean/jerk/overhead squatx 20 (alternate sides per floor touch)
immediately into dumbell deadlifts x 15 (two hands)
followed by single arm dumbell swing (used as active rest)
immediately into alternating single arm burpees/single arm dumbell snatch x 15 ( you grab the weight on the way down from your burpee..then explode upward)
use the same weight for all ( I used 50 lbs).
reaction: this sucks...in a good way.... took about 4 minutes...and sucked all the way through
