yeah, I am going to strt trying single arm bb snatch...figred I needed to work into my single ar clean form again
Might be worth it to talk to Fatty about those. He posted some videos a while back of him doing 1 arm BB snatches with 135 lbs. Balance has got to be a bitch with those
