I just realized you started a whole separate log....

fish oil>flax
beta-alanine seems to be a great supplement esp if u doing high volume/endurance training...
b-complex> b6+b12 separately...

have you tried taking caffeine+aspirin? helps a lot on endurance stuff....like 20 rep sets...lol....

u gotta start much lighter if u are squatting 3 days of 1x20....

yeah , I'm dropping it down to the mid 300's so I can work a gradual increase....maybe 5-10 pounds per exercise....

I take fish oil as well...
and the b vitamins are in a b-complex....

but I haven't tried the analgesics and caffeine yet...I'll give that a shot..

Yoga's actually pretty cool, if slightly humbling. I took a yoga class as an elective at the first JUCO i attended. I was the only guy out of about 30 students. Which was cool. What was not cool was sweating and grunting trying to hold in different positions while all the women did it effortlessly. I had to keep reminding myself that if it came to a fight, I could take any of 'em.

been there, done that. luckily for me, i'm naturally flexible so i had an edge on some of them.
