Yeah, the only things I plan to keep up on are dips, pushups, and pullups..
I'll try this for a month..

plus vitamins b-12 and b-6
flax
lactaid
and a raw fruit/vegetable drink that I use to spike insulin after my workouts (keep gluconeogenesis to a minimum)..
I am not trying to gain weight per se, but I suppose there is no harm in having bigger legs..
