Do you have any plan for your workouts or do you just go by how you feel?

go by what my body is telling me..

Since squats are out, and I am few days removed from back work (plus a few weeks from DL 1rm) I figured it was a good time to give 700 a shot.. most of my work falls into push/pull..but there is really no absolutes per week..

I have set exercises, but weight can change based on feeling..If I go in on a push day and my bench sucks, I will cut the weight so I can go heavy on dips..etc..

Congratulations and good luck.

I high recommend RE sets on Hyperextensions, Dimel/SL Deadlifts...

I see no reason why you cant get to 700 squat, 800 deadlift, and 600 bench. You can do all this raw imho...

Also give my pre-workout stack a try if you havent already as it's quite effective.

I think I am pushing the limits of my frame already..

I am 6'2 and was designed to be square shouldered and sreamlined..

I do hypers 2 times a week, and RDL in my split complexes. the kicker is in my BOR...once my BOR gets back up to 405 for consistant non "power" reps, my DL should kick over 700.
700 squat would be great, but I killed myself to make 580, and my body started to tell me no..I bought the materials for your pre-workout stack already..(some of them I already had)..I attribute some of that to my increased energy in the first 2/3rds of my workouts..

How the fuck are you pulling this weight at 205-210?
freak!

At 6'2 and a fairly broad frame you have a perfect built for PL.

I have a naturally low bf so I am able to have a higher % of muscle relative to my bw. I think I may also have fairly long arms which help in deadlifts. I naturally have a very thin fram/narrow shoulder/etc...I am built far from ideal for heavy lifting but I think with time and patience a lot of unfathomable feats are possible...

I used to hitch/ramp/bounce whatever it took to progress on deadlifts....could give a shit about anything except progressing...over time I got stronger...

Now if only i find a way to get my squat to a respectable level...

hwat are you squating now? anything over 400 Raw is respectable range..especially if it's 2x bodyweight.

I have no clue.. I squatted 300x10 just a couple of weeks ago but havent maxed in a while...400 is a good estimate of where I am at...@about 205-210....

just hope my groin pull is going to go away soon. I got some cissus from CNW and it seems more potent and helping more so than the one i got at bulknutrition...it's almost as if I can see the results faster...

if you havent already ...i'd get cissus from customnutritionwarehouse.com...in powder form.....it's quite potent at helping many of the nagging injuries that crop up...

I am having the same quandry with my quad.

I can get down 3/4 of the way on my OLY squat, and 2/4 the way on my PL squat (don't ask how the wide stance hurts more) but I can't finish the rep.Apparently deadlifts are fine though..would be nice if I could go heavier than the 225-315 range for my squat workouts..even 225 takes some extensive warmup to get the cramping to go away.
