I'm assuming this is touch-and-go, but if you want to do pause reps, we can do that... could be fun, too. Let's say that once someone hits 30, the other competitors have 7 days to match. However, if the person/people matching go over 30, they win.
I really don't think I have a chance. The hard part is trying to figure out where to fit this into the training.
