I like the 5x5 setup...although It was more of a 4x4...

deadlifts with weight that is comfortable in the 5-8 rep range seems to work better for me than 2-3 rep range...

Overhead press felt like tits...soft and jiggly..but I got through it...still, I respond better to mid range reps and will probably stick with it for a while....thanks for the support..

if you and fatty want to do that race to 225x30..let me know... I'm already working on it.

I'm assuming this is touch-and-go, but if you want to do pause reps, we can do that... could be fun, too. Let's say that once someone hits 30, the other competitors have 7 days to match. However, if the person/people matching go over 30, they win.

I really don't think I have a chance. The hard part is trying to figure out where to fit this into the training.

has to be touch/tap and go with no significant bouncing....everything else is the same...butt on the bench,etc...I will give this a try next workout for shits and giggles..
