What's your 1RM?

Nice first workout, interesting description. Good luck with the programme. Everyone will be keeping an eye on this log for sure.

The original squats n' milk program is 3 days a week, tacking on 5 lbs EVERY WORKOUT, or +15 lbs a week x20...

It's masochistic to start that at almost 400 lbs...

my last squat day i did a little 20 repper at 155 - kilograms you ask? no, pounds. reading your log im walking a fine line between being extremely motivated to keep putting in the time and hope i can get the poundage up and just being extremely discouraged at what a weak little bitch i am. all the same, good luck to you
