I just saw a lady finger fuck the shit out of a donut. She was trying to cut it in half with a fork. She took her half and then put the demolished second half back in the box.

Been out on archaeology digs for the last two days. Lots of digging, sifting and carrying equipment through woods and mud. It has been a great workout. I'm sore and tired this morning and back to the wetland work.

I might be in my house as early as next week.

you have to do a lot of cardio. that will really help you lose weight, which is your primary goal. when you reach your desired weight, then start lifting. don't ever forget the diet. without the diet, everything else is for nothing. 75% of weight loss is diet.

My $.02:

I think a lot of misinformation comes from the shortcoming of using weight to gauge fatloss. Cardio without weightlifting results in muscle mass loss which shows up on the scale, but is counterproductive to my goal of fat loss.

I agree with you 100% about the importance of diet and as soo n as I have my own place i will be overhauling my recent crappy diet.
