I'm a fan of the super shake for breakfast. I consume a mix of protein powder, oats, frozen berries, and skim milk almost everyday. It takes about 3 minutes and you cram all sorts of goodness into it.

bamn! I think Donut hipped us to Justin Harris' morning shake. Today's looked like this:
2 scoops whey
skim milk
cashews
flax meal
oats
banana (or frozen berries - the bananas we're getting ripe)
cinnamon

Next meal usually hits at 10-10:30. I'm starving way before lunch time.

I was out of eggs this morning. I had a peanut butter, banana and honey sammich on whole wheat bread and a protien shake for breakfast.
My typical breakfast is 2 eggs and 2 hand fulls of oats. Mmmm mmmm, bitch.

You have been making better food choices then in the past. You drove me crazy when you'd show up to work with a can of beans in a plastic bag Then drank a gallon of coffee. If this is your weak point, try to find some time for food preparation. Try cooking, don't rely on you wife to cook a healthy meal. I'm handling most of my meals these days. I took the can opener hoem. My problem is that I have very little free time on any day.
Are you sleeping better? Hitting the sauce? I sleep great. I'm too exhausted not to. The sauce is always an issue, but I have been trying. It will go in the foodlog, so that should be a motivator.
Stay away fromthe Basil fried rice at Thai Cottage. A 3lb platter of fried rice.....Is bad! I don't get there often. It would fit into a 10% and carb cycling event quite well if everything else was solid.
Its good to see you lifting consistantly. You'll only get better once school is done.

I can't wait to have free time again. I have always been weak in the upperbody. It is ironic that the only lift of the big three where being a fatbody doesn't add to the resistance is my weakest lift. Sadly, at 205 I have added 50 lbs to my max, so it isn't like I haven't progressed. Its just that I suck.

Dude, take it easy on yourself you've only been hitting it consistantly for a couple months. You need to compete with yourself and not worry about what everyone else is doing. Your going to be beastly strong in time, you basically walked up to a bar and nearly lifted 405 with minimal training after being out of shape.
Your built to lift. Your legs are like friggin tree trunks. Lift consistantly, keep chipping away at your bf%, and get good rest. You can do this Hoss.

+1. In a year or two if you stick to it you'll be an unstoppable ogre.
