I lifted last night and I will post that tonight. It went terrible. I backed up to a bench set that I had already completedx5 and failed at 3 reps. I also would like to report that my fat ass can't do a pullup with the assisatance of a light band.I have to put my feet out in front and use a bar to support a bit more weight while sitting in the band and then I can do the full range of motion. My shoulders hurt already so it will do some good. I am going to make these pathetic assited pullups a focus until I cease to suck as much.

So at least until I can do a single pullup or chin with the light band I will be food logging.

small bowl of shredded wheat with nonfat org milk 270 cals
4.5 quarts water
3 large cups coffee
multi, fish oil, glucosamine, lyseine, chromium picolinate and C
1 smallish banana 105 cals
2 chicken burritos 720 cals 42 g protein, 18g fat 1095 cals so far 12:40
Chicken udon
diet coke
unsweetend white and green tea
lot more water
spicy salmon sushi
zinfindal 750ml

MORE PROTEIN ARGH! I'm curious to see your food log, because starting the day with a small meal like that could be a large reason why your lifitng has stalled. I understand you want to lose weight, but that's not very many calories at all for a meal that should probably be the largest of any.

I have been eating lots of protein. Time is always an issue in the moring. When I have the time I cook 10 egg whites without oil for breakfast. Last night I had 10 egg whites and a big salmon fillet for dinner. Today's breakfast had 15g protein. Lunch today has 42g. If your dissapointed in breakfast wait until you see lunch (frozen chicken burritos). Calories so far 270.

Now that summer is coming try to be active on non-lifting days. Long hikes kayaking on weekends.

You have been making better food choices then in the past. You drove me crazy when you'd show up to work with a can of beans in a plastic bag Then drank a gallon of coffee. If this is your weak point, try to find some time for food preparation. Try cooking, don't rely on you wife to cook a healthy meal.

Are you sleeping better? Hitting the sauce?

Stay away fromthe Basil fried rice at Thai Cottage. A 3lb platter of fried rice.....Is bad!

Its good to see you lifting consistantly. You'll only get better once school is done.

I've been packing baggies of food the night before or on sunday's so I can grab it and run. Give it a try, otherwise if you oversleep your buying a lunch, not eating, or downing frozen burritos everyday.
