Lunch workout
30 min "run" on an ellipticabomination.

12 hypers to work the kinks out the back.

Some skank took my treadmill. It made me sweat and got the heartrate up fine. We will ignored the unnatural ROM and impact. It gives you a miles readout. That's hillarious. I guess you can compare it to the "miles" you ran before, but I don't plan on making that piece of crap a habit.

5x5 tonight.

BTW, the trike had no right fender or chain guard and the coaster brake slips when you really stomp on it. I decided that I didn't have time for even a minor project so I thanked the dude and was ready to leave. He says $20 so I now have a project to collect some dust. I rode it a little when I got home. I works, it just needs a little help.
The damn thing is burly too. The center pipe is some thick steel and is bigger around than an oly collar. Broken tailgate = cleaning the thing in and out of the truck. I couldn't have done that a few months ago. Thanks S&P!

That's a badass basket-bomber. Can I ask what your motivation to buy it was?

It's step #1 on the Ted Kaczynski conversion process.
