Hey Snowman, have you considered doing some bodyweight squats, slowly and controlled, or is it too soon? I'm thinking since your body has to do similar motions daily, it wouldn't hurt to do some to help rehab your knee.

I did 30 minutes today on a stationary bike and the knee did ok. It is still too weak for BW squats though ghostwipe. To address some earlier stuff. I have been vegetarian for 4 years. Luust, the dead deer doesn't bother me. I grew up in east texas and I have had my share of fried backstrap. That is a nice whitetail is it a four or six point? What did you take him with. I have taken deer with recurve, compound, 12 gauge, and 30-30. I was the poor that I hunted for.

Knee was swollen and sore this morning. Advil and ice did the trick.

Bagged up raw veggies for all next week for work and am having all veggies for dinner. I am having some wine too, but I didn't drink last night.

I feel like I have the ball rolling. Some of you guys are having a blast with my log, but that's cool. I truley appreciate you guys that have come with helpful advice and support. That is why I am here. I am also doing this log so that I feel accountable. I'm not trying to do or say anything else. This hopefully will be a useful record for me as well.

Don't worry, no one means anything by this. It's kinda how you get admitted to the club. But these are some of the most knowledgeable guys you'll find for lifting.

Hey Snowman, Id say if you at least included whey protein into your diet youd have a pretty good thing going. So do you atleast eat whey or casein protein powders?

WPI, everything else screws up my digestion in ways you don't want to know. I do the unsweetened unflavored bioplex WPI. My biggest issue is remembering to drink it. I don't do soy protein because I get a lot of that in my diet already (tofu, veggie dogs and burgers). I need to find a slow burning protein sup. that doesn't mess up my stomach.

I find this intriguing. Why did you suddenly stop eating meat? Even if I knew it was bad for me, there was no way in hell I would stop eating it. Did this hot chick promise to blow you if you cut back on your filet mignon?
