u should work on cardio 1st. u need to try to tighten up your skin. do it right that way u don't get all that excess skin. of course there will still be some since your big already. good luck
Put on? I weighed nearly 400# before I went vegetarian. I was 14 when I broke 300. I was playing Football, lifting, swimming you name it then. I wear a size 36 pant at 300#. I am solid and wide. Don't get me wrong I am a fat SOB, but i am not the Jabba like image that the number suggests. I will be focusing on low joint impact cardio.

A-man, are you a vegetarian as an ethical decision or for health considerations? Good luck with your goals.

Yes. Being a vegetarian is more ecologically sound than eating the meat of vegetarians or omnivores (cows, chickens, pigs, fish ect.). Meat is a high concentration of calories. It also can be a high concentrator of pesticides. Meat contains substances that promote and/or cause inflammation; this is an important consideration for an asthmatic.

Did you read that on a T-shirt at an Emo concert? Eat animals high in Omega 3.

I do the exact opposite.

P.S. - The meat tasted fine to the hungry in San Antonio...
