#2 Cardio
#3 Resistance Training

in order of importance for losing weight....although lifting weights is the slowest way to help shed weight, it is ultimately the most long term solution at losing weight and keeping it off.

I dont know what your diet is like but I am guessing you need to move away from high glecemic index carbs(pasta, white rice, white bread) and more towards lower glycemic index carbs(complex variety)[yams, sweet potatoes, black/brown rice, quinoa, amaranth, legumes, nuts, etc).....focus more of vegetables.....bottom line however will come from gradual caloric reduction...

Thanks Lusst!

#1 I watch my glycemic index and eat mostly wholegrains. Nutritionally my issues are way to much drinking and cheese. I am working on both.

#2 My cardio has been nonexsistant since I busted my leg, but i have a date with a stationary bike tomorrow.

#3 I just put out a WEAK performance that kicked my butt.

#4 I murder a meat-eater once a month to make up for the poor baby chickens that I steal the whites from

I did everything below except crunches with light weight to warm up
Bench (4x6) a whopping 125#
Db Row (4x6) 50s

Lat pulldown 3x8 5 plates on my machine with no weight listed 6 out of ten heaviness
Military press 3x8 125#

Db curls 2x8 40s
Db tricep ext 2x8 25s
rev crunch 2x15

Sad, but a start.

a 330 pound vegetarian? what do u eat that makes u put on weight so much?

u should work on cardio 1st. u need to try to tighten up your skin. do it right that way u don't get all that excess skin. of course there will still be some since your big already. good luck
