I walked on a crushed brick track tonight. This is my first workout with much joint impact on my knee so i am pretty happy with it.
I walked 9 laps on the track in 36 minutes which works out to 16 minute miles. I didn't wear a brace and my knee is a little swollen now, but I have ice on it. Oddly I felt more stiffness in my left hip and ankle than knee while I walked.
I got an ab wheel today and I tried a few reps from the knees successfully. I am going to get a core workout going while my lower body stuff is on hold. I did
this test today and scored a 2 or fair and that was with 2 repeated attempts.
