We all have to start somewhere. When I first started, I nearly dumped 135 when I went for my first rep with it on the flat bench.

If you even think about giving up, I'll e-skullfuck you.

Just kidding.

Maybe.

All this skullschex hostility. You guys just know I have a hot skull. If i was gonna call it quits I would have done it BEFORE posting that last workout. As far as giving up goes... my second workout of the day is as follows:

45 Min stationary bike for 13.3 miles or 17.7 MPH Boi!

It dawned on me this morning that I forgot my Friday weigh-in. This morning I hit 319. -6 from last Friday and i have hit the 3teens. -13lbs total for the two weeks. I had one cheat meal on Liquid!'s last day o' work, but otherwise real clean eating. Lots of raw veggies and beans. Very little bread and resonable amounts of cheese. I am drinking no calories except for supplements and I am on day 12 of sobriety. I can't wait to get below 300, but realistically i know the loss will slow as I adjust to the clean eating and exercise.

Badass dude! Grats on the weight-loss!

And keep it up, or my view of vegetarians will remain the same.

Lusst, I think it is safe to say I cannot and will never represent the "typical" vegetarian, but I will try to change your view of this one.

65 Min bike 17.3 miles or 16 MPH

I felt really tired this evening. I tried to force it by doing a 1 minute sprint @ 62 min. As Joe Rogan would say I "blew my wad". I took the next couple of minutes to cool down and catch my breath then stopped.

I walked on a crushed brick track tonight. This is my first workout with much joint impact on my knee so i am pretty happy with it.

I walked 9 laps on the track in 36 minutes which works out to 16 minute miles. I didn't wear a brace and my knee is a little swollen now, but I have ice on it. Oddly I felt more stiffness in my left hip and ankle than knee while I walked.

I got an ab wheel today and I tried a few reps from the knees successfully. I am going to get a core workout going while my lower body stuff is on hold. I did this test today and scored a 2 or fair and that was with 2 repeated attempts.

second workout of the evening

45 minutes stationary bike 10/15 resistance, 10 miles or 13.3MPH.

I thought it only went to 10.This was a whole new kind of ride. I was pouring sweat and huffing for wind through most of it. After the ice my knee was still sore so I thought I would get some more exersice in case it sets up by morning. It actually feels much better now.

Good job homeslice...

Looks like your picking up some momentum. Keep it going!

How's the knee? Is it ready for some light RDLs or Good Mornings yet?
