Past 3 weeks have been tough. Too much traveling on weekends. I've been working out, but it has been irregular. I'm looking to get back in reasonable shape over the next few weeks, and then start pushing really hard in the middle of July when things die back down.
As you can see I don't know what I'm doing and I am inflexible in the hips (I'm going to be focusing on the flexibility), so any advice/criticism is appreciated.

edit: on second thought, have you tried it with a broomstick or long piece of pvc? can you get more depth with less weight?

Who need flexibility when you can just buy O-lifting shoes. Really though I'd watch this Dan John seminar, good stuff about flexibility in the squat The Video FitCast- Episode 6

I've been traveling and doing small workouts here and there. Should be done traveling and be able to really get to the gym now.

Notes: One of the hardest practices I've ever had. I was mediocre, but it is over and should make it easier to get back to where I was and really push forward. Feeling good.
