my first attempt at OHS - 45x8, 55x6, 65x4, 75x6, 55x8
Bench - 155x8, 165x6, 175x4, 165x6, 145x8
Deadlift - 205x8, 235x6, 275x4, 225x6, 205x8

still can't do chin-ups without getting a shooting pain in my ribs. pull-ups are kinda okay, though. just managed a set of 5 and a set of 3.

I'll do it for time next week... I was just trying to get a grip on the cleans. never done those before. form is questionable, but getting better.

lots of core work. rows and chops, variations on front plank with additional weight (25), med ball push-up fun.

OHP - 75x8, 95x6, 115x4, 115x6, 115x8
BOR - 115x8, 125x6, 135x4, 135x6, 135x8

25 minutes on the bike.

note to self: check log before going to workout so you know what sort of weight you should be pushing/pulling. I was way off where I should've been today as a result of forgetfulness.
