I've been out with injuries, exams and other course work. I suck. Back into it today after two months off. Starting off light again (not that I was lifting heavy before this last layoff).

22 Jun April
Front Squat

20 x 5 x 5 (work sets)

Bench

Dips are harder than expected.

Been a weird week. Exams all finished up, finally can make it back to BJJ regular-like. Got my ass handed to me all night, very frustrating. Managed to get one (lapel) choke.

Hurt my shoulder last time so stuck with the same weight. I think my grip was too narrow, putting strain on my shoulder joints. Found it much more comfortable today using a wider grip.

OHP

22.5 x 5 x 4 (work sets)
22.5 x 4 x 1 (failed on last rep)
Accidentally overloaded the bar for the first set, which kind of fucked things up for the rest of them even after I realised and dropped the weight.

Dealift

65 x 5 x 1 (work sets)
