3 Mile run

Well the 5 days of binge drinking and cigar/cigarette smoking has definetly taken a toll on my endurance and cardio. Still your Best friend only gets married once I suppose. I'm going to use this week to do some extra cardio specifically running and to size up for a new program to begin next week.

I saw snatch grip deadlifts off a platform up there. Hot damn. I've always wanted to try those but never worked up the courage to do so.
