Felt good both lifting and in cardio.

LSD Run/Walk: 45 Minutes (80/20 run/walk)

Thoughts:
1) I hate running.
2) This is all Ian Coe's fault, damn him for giving me reasoned thought out advice.
3) That navy uniform better get me alot of ass.
4) Running in Hail is actually almost enjoyable.

Monday: 3/24/08
Weight: 185
Bench: 135x3, 160x3, 190x1 (gonna drop weight back down to 185 on these sets till I can get all 3)
F. Squat: 65x5, 135x5
Squat: 210x3x3
Row: 135x5, 180x3x3
Swam: 900m
Pushups: 50
Situps: 80
Getups: 30x3(L), 35x3 (R)
Sprints: 400mx3 (120sec rests)

Wednesday 3/26/08
Military : 60x10, 135x3, 135x3, 135x1 (was supposed to be 130 this week but had to work in with some guy doing squats, I dont think he liked me overhead pressing what he was squatting )
Deadlift: 265x5x3, 315x1, 315x1, 405x0, 365x0 (Could have gotten the 365 I think but did too much volume before trying it. 405 was alot heavier than I figured it would be couldnt break the ground with it.)
Pullups: BW+35x3x3, BWx5
Swam: 900m
Pushups: 50
Situps: 80
Sprint 20 sec Walk 40sec x5

Was cold as hell couldn't get myself to do a LSD. So I did some sprint work instead. Changed it up no real set pace but did about 5 minutes of sprint work. Cold air and sprints take it out of you.

Week 9
Monday: 3/31/08
Weight: 185 (holding steady here gonna try to increase muscle burn fat and hold here for a bit. I've definetly got some fat around my stomach I can ditch.)
Bench: 135x3, 160x3, 185x2 (Bench appears to be stuck again. Can't get 185x3 to save my life) Its constantly sticking about 4 inches off my chest.
F. Squat: 95x5, 135x5
Squat: 220x3x3
Row: 135x5, 180x3x3
Swam: 1000m
Pushups: 55
Situps: 85
Getups: 35x3 (R)
Sprints: 400m x3 (120sec rest)
Cooldown: 1 Minute of Burpees

This week going to do 6 minutes of sprints on Wed and 3 sets of 400m M/F. Next week I will be bumping this to 4 sets of 400m M/F & 7 minutes of sprints W. If my log doesnt reflect this please give me shit about it means I'm being a bitch and neglecting my cardio as I am want to do.

Conditioning: Sprint 20sec Walk 40sec x6

Friday: 4/4/08
Bench: 45x5, 135x5, 170x3x3
Squat: 95x5, 135x3, 190x3, 235x3, 135x20
Row: 135x3, 155x3, 185x3
Swam: 1000m
Pushups: 55
Situps: 85
Sprints: 400m x3 (120sec rest)

End of 2nd 5x5. Damn you Keith for even putting the notion of 20 rep squats in my head.

Going out of town tommorrow gonna use this as a recovery week before I start on my new program. Probably do some sprints and cardio work but that will be about it this week.
