Squat: 45x5, 135x5 (Knee still felt wierd decided to stop)

Alright now for the personal narrative. My knee continues to be a source of concern. There is no improvement but as far as I can determine its not getting any worse either. So I decided that since my running is very important I'm going to run this week on it as well. If it doesnt get any worse I might see how it feels doing some squats on it Friday. I was a POS this weekend and ate poorly, drank a bunch and even smoked a fucking cigarette. So I'm gonna double down on cardio this week as punishment.

Couple things to add. I really like swimming as a cardio variation. Its also a good way to warm up your whole body before weight lifting. I've decided to keep it as a permenant part of my routine. Running today my knee felt fine, if anything it seemed to feel stronger for being used. So I've decided to run on it as usual this week and if everything goes alright to start squatting on it again on Friday. I'm going to keep on with pushups and situps on my weekday non workout days since I need to build up my ability to do these for OCS. My goal is to add 5 a week and just to see how far I can push it. Another note these are done in 1 set with no break. Felt good today was a good session.

Knee was still kinda wierd but I squatted on in anyway and it seems ok. If it doesnt take a negative turn by next week its back to normal 5x5.
