Awkward gym holiday hours made me decide to make this a deload week. Didn't eat healthy either stupid holiday season. Gonna need to hit the gym hard in the new year.

Well everything above this post is officially tainted. Since I was unable to realize that the BB weighs 45lbs and not 40lbs add 5lbs to every number that involves a BB from here and up. Everything from here on out will be calculated using real numbers with the BB as 45.

Damn you math you win again.
