Pullups - bw x 10, bw + 45 lb plate x 10 reps
Rolling DB Ext - 35s x 10, 50s x 5 didn't like em
Tri Pushdowns - stack x 10

Behind Neck Jerk: 135x5, 185x3 x 3 sets really messed up my rotator cuff. not flexible enough for these

Squats: 135x5, 225x5, 315x5, 405x3, 495x3
Good Mornings: 225x8 x 3 sets
Incline Bench: 135x8, 225x8
Barbell Skullcrushers: 135x8 x 3 sets
BB Rows: 135x8, 225x8, 315x8

shoulder is better, but now i have a sore throat and feel very tired and weak. i'll go to the gym and see how it goes then sit in the sauna/steam room

Sick. I was dripping sweat on my first warmup set. Still did surprisingly well

DB Shoulder Press: 55s x 10, 75sx8, 95s x 8
Deadlifts: 135x5, 225x5, 315x5, 405x3, 495x1
Front Squats: 135x5, 225x5, 335x5
Pullups: 10, 15 (couldn't find a belt to hang weights with)
Bench: 135x5, 225x12 - shoulder hurts again. gonna take a rest day tomorrow
db curls: 45s x 10, 65s x 8
Cable crunches: stack x 15, stack + 25 x 15

Stretching, Steam Room, Sauna, Hot tub

yeah it's a very big club. two of them. one on each side of town. they have an indoor soccer field (well, it's on the roof), massage rooms, tanning, everything you'd ever think of finding in a gym. the lap pool is nice though with my shoulder i haven't been able to use it when i've wanted to. soon

Still sick. I wonder if it's from the high volume switch. I'm not sure it would only take a few hours to destroy my immune system but regardless I'm going to stick with lower volume stuff.

Feeling better now, though. Probably at 70%

Looking at my numbers, I have to say that for only two weeks back, I'm pretty happy with my numbers at this point
