Just got signed up at a new gym after not being able to use free weights for almost 3 months during my move and transition to a new city.
First day back.
THURSDAY
Deadlifts: 135x8, 225x5, 315x5, 405x4 no belt or straps yet
Hammer Curls: 50s x 10, 75s x 5 each arm
Front Squats: 135x8, 225x5
Cable Crunches: stack x 15 x 2 sets
