Vulgar Display of Power

Just got signed up at a new gym after not being able to use free weights for almost 3 months during my move and transition to a new city.

First day back.

THURSDAY

Deadlifts: 135x8, 225x5, 315x5, 405x4 no belt or straps yet
Hammer Curls: 50s x 10, 75s x 5 each arm
Front Squats: 135x8, 225x5
Cable Crunches: stack x 15 x 2 sets

FRIDAY

DB Bench: 75s x 8, 105s x 8, 130s x 5
Push Press: 135x8, 185x5
Pullups: 3 sets of 10
Barbell Skullcrushers: 135 x 10, 135x8

Swam a couple laps and sat in the hot tub

Rest (12 hours of sleep) - i bounce at a bar downtown at night and work at a gym during the day so very stressed and busy lately
