Training Schedule Help Please
First of all, sorry if this is the wrong forum to put this in, was very unsure of which category this should go under.
I'm trying to make a schedule for my Muay Thai classes and my time at the gym, lifting weights (Extreme Fitness) I was thinking of something like this (this isn't my schedule, still trying to make one, this is just a random schedule.)
Monday - Muay Thai
Tuesday - Weights
Wednesday - Muay Thai
Thursday - Muay Thai
Friday - Weights
Saturday - Weights or Day off
Sunday Weights or Day off
If anyone can help me make a schedule to combine the two it'd be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.
