Anyways tomorrow will be my third work out of doing the 5x5
I am not doing any cardio at the moment as I am a smoker (yes yes I know I should quit) I'm down to 3 a day and from a half a pack a day I'm doing alright.
anyways enough of that bullshit

Thursday: ( I realise I haven't done this yet but it will not change from current results

I'm currently going with my younger brother who is a form freak and per him my forms for each exercise my form is very good.
Goals:
Basically I would like to get everything up to 180lbs
and to get my weight in between 170-180lbs
By 2009
Current eating habits.
730ish: two glass of water and multi vitamin
800ish: granola, banana and yogurt (usually on the way to work on the bus)
1030ish: whole wheat wrap with peanut butter and cottage ( I know sounds gross but I like it)
lunch (around 1230ish): ususally leftovers from the night before if not normally chicken breast sandwich and a salad
2:00pm: fruit and almonds
4:30 ( eat a banana on the way home on the bus)
5:00: gatorade while at the gym
inbetween 6:30 and 7:00: usually chicken and pasta (always with a cup of either green beans or asparagus or stir fry ( same as before)
10ish: usually same thing as I have at breakfast
listening to while I work out "In Flames Discography"

FYI I am the biggest fan of squats I want to do them like 3 times a workout but that would be just plain stupid of me LOL
