Training log of pussy with no time.

Yesterday: Pulling workout, should have been squats day but knee injury. Also dumbell and barbell rows. some ab work.

Deadlifts 200lbs on the bar, 6 sets 6

Today: Treadmill running 4, 3min rounds high intensity w/ 1 minute rest in between. Streatching. Only had 30 min. total in gym due to missing a bus.

I weigh 168ish, and have only started to try to lift for power in Jan/ 06. I''ve been grappling (submission) since october but rarely have an opprotunity to train. I try to at least get together with a guy from the group to roll once a week. I will try to keep this log to track my progress, but I have 2 jobs and more than full time credits.

thanks, I am but I really love martial arts and they have been a part of my life for a long time. Yesterday, got about 20 min of low weight high reps, push/ pull with chest shoulders. I also got about 45 minutes of grappling. Today there is no chance of getting into the gym. maybe not get anything in until saturday. ONe plus, I decided to start making good food at home to take with me to work due to the fact that before I've been taking granola bars and processed food. I've only been eating one really good meal a day and just a bunch of snacks in between. Thanks for the views. Scott

At least your trying to make the time, I guess. I understand about not having a lot of time to train. Try it when you have a family. That can be tough, too.
