Training log of pussy with no time.
Yesterday: Pulling workout, should have been squats day but knee injury. Also dumbell and barbell rows. some ab work.
Deadlifts 200lbs on the bar, 6 sets 6
Today: Treadmill running 4, 3min rounds high intensity w/ 1 minute rest in between. Streatching. Only had 30 min. total in gym due to missing a bus.
