Training log forum guidelines and rules
Howdy folks. This is a temporary list of guidelines until Jarfi and I get time to settle on the particulars.
1) As meatfist said this is a postcount free zone, hopefully this will discourage trolls etc.
2) Please set up 1 thread for your training log and in the title specify in brackets what type of log it is,
eg skyboats log (powerlifting)
This should make it easier for people to choose what sort of logs to read. Furthermore it would be ideal if you include in your first post what your goals, cycle length etc are, so that less questions will have to be asked.
3) No question threads are allowed, these will be deleted imediately. If you have a question for someone concerning their log please ask it in their log thread.
