Training help

I was in TKD for about five years. I was never a very flexible guy but i got to the point where i wanted to be. But i took a break for TKD Because of school and it has been about 2 years since I have Ive really train hard in it. Now that i have started up again I can not get my flexibility back Ive been stretching every morning and night and im just not getting a whole lot a progress. I was just looking for any tips or help that works for other people Thanks.
