You have to clean up what you eat man, you can still buy healthy stuff for cheap in bulk.

I am not trying to dramatically clean up my diet right now, I'm relaxing a bit with it. I eat pretty clean, the past few days i've eaten:
smoothie w/ fruit and flaxseeds
strawberries
eggs
pasta
cereal(whole grain)
oats
as well as
pasta (not whole grain)
Pizza (pizza hut)
and a big ass chocolate chip cookie!
If I was competing in something athletic soon, I would, but right now I'm just maintaining health, and I eat some junk food (on thanksgiving I pigged out!)
I was not near a computer the past few days but I will keep a detailed record of my eating just for the sake of doing it.
anywhew
11/26
cereal (whole grain and oats)
2 cups coffee w/cream and sugar
2 bagel w/ cream cheese
brocoli and carrots smothered in chedder
ham and pepperjack on whole wheat
Mega MRP extreme
wheat thin brand multi-grain crackers (w/ 16 gs whole grain per serving)
2 nature valley honey and oat granolas (what hereinafter will be called granola bar)
It is now 7:38pm I will eat dinner when I get home from work (around 9:30)
The only really bad thing noticable to me is I didn't consume enough protein today.
home->chicken w/ two bowls of salad and patacones (fried bananas)

Overhead from ground w/ 60 lbs on bar

My knee at this point was really hurting, so I hopped on an eliptical for 16 minutes followed by stretching.

My knee feels pretty bad, perhaps I should buy some triflex but I hate to spend money. Also, I'm kinda scared, my hands have been numb and tingley and that was my aunts first symptom of MS. I really need to schedule an appointment with a doctor to get these things checked out after finals week.

cereal and oats with milk and ground flax seeds
bottled 50 gram slam
2 granola bars
whole grain crackers
tuna w/ rice carrots and peas
no fear energy drink
latte
more tuna w/rice carrots and peas
ham and cheese sandwich
grapes
kiwi
smoothie=bannana + flaxseeds+ vanilla ice cream

curls w/ dbs
20lbs
x15
30lbs
x 10
x 10
20lbs

ab work w/ medicine ball
v ups
sitting on incline swinging medicine ball back and forth
elbow to knees
a lot of stretching.

food:
pancake
2 eggs cheese
3 granola bars
peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat
roast beef on whole wheat w/ cheese
baby carrots
mrp extreme
rice
sausage w/ carrots and potatoes
grapes
fruit on bottom yogurt peach
coffee drink blended w/ a peanut butter cookie and 2 shots espresso.
I also called around the martial arts schools in the Pittsburgh area. The south hills judo club is rather affordable and have a deal to get a free month if you register now (first month, no contract for 50$). I am interested in learning Judo, BJJ at steel city martial arts isn't that much more expensive, but I have my heart set on judo.

My knee still hurts, I have a couple of conditions I should really see a doctor about. My one knee, my one wrist, they've been hurting and acting funny for some time. I should also buy some triflex but i need to make sure the financial situation post-gift buying is okay.
