Ok...
I started my training program on Saturday...
all of my toning excerises...went well added leg lifts to this.
DON'T like doing push ups...its been forever since I have done one of these
Im not sure if I am even doing it right...but, will work on my form.
Sunday I did my cardio at the gym and worked on my abs...
Monday...well, I didn't get the chance to do anything today...I could go on and on about why...but, no need to bother lol.
I look forward to tomorrows toning workout. I am sore by the way.

What are your goals and your routine?
Also, and this is a key question, when you do standing EZ bar curlz do you use the inside handles or the outside handles?

Hi Lana,
Good job! You found the right forum to post your training and get encouragement and advice from other serious athletes. What you need to do is start a new thread with your name and goals. Something like, "Little Lana (Muscle Toning/Weight Loss)." "Training" is a little too generic. There are tons of great people here who will give you encouragement and advice, but unfortunately, like everywhere in society, you'll also run across people who enjoy playing the Internet tough guy and talking out of their ass - just ignore them. Also, it will help if you spell out exactly what your doing, i.e., 5 sets of 8 reps of push-ups, 30 minutes on treadmill at 5mph, etc.
Good luck,
John (AKA: Newt)

Also, you may want to take some measurement and "before" and "after" photos. There are a lot of red blooded American males around here that would enjoy seeing them (if you're comfortable with that).

Lana welcome to the forum. You may want to edit your first post to include your 'before' stats as well as your goals[both short and longterm], current program, likes, dislikes, favorite hobbies (just kidding about the last 3....but u get the idea)
I was hoping this wasnt a guy using the word 'tone' ....*realizes it's a girl*.....phew...*wipes forehead*.... 3 females in a training forum? this has got to be some kind of a record. lol......
anyways welcome to the forum and feel free to ask questions....we're here to help each other.

LOL...Lana and I went to high school together and recently reconnected through MySpace. I've helped her design a new workout program and recommended she start a log here to help her with work out discipline and to get encouragement, advice, etc. Everyone is welcome to offer meaningful advice, encouragement, etc.!
