Got a new job I had been pursuing for a long time. Had a dietary meltdown in celebration. Ate too much. Drank way too much.

Diet soder is not bad i think . Great after a work out and first thing in the morning when your body can worship the minimal sugar it has . Even though there Turkey sausage i have a feeling thay will still have the fatty substitute mixed in with it ,

What are u trying to gain ? muscle ? lose fat ? maintain ?
