Tommy Seoul Diet Thread

In the interest of accountability and getting some advice about my diet I was hoping to start a log here. Any and all constructive criticism or comments are appreciated.

Dude, for the turkey sausages try the Foster Farms Italian Mild, I get 'em at FM or Top Foods. What do you think researchers would make of our affinity for that particular food without ever having discussed it with each other? Maybe a lot of people like it, I always thought I was quite clever having found it.

Also I have managed to phase out even the Miracle Whip with the help of French's Honey Mustard. May be worth a shot if you're interested.

Looks like no library for you recently, dude. Hope the diet's treating you well. You missed out on your nephew's vanilla and chocolate marbled with raspberry filling birthday cake, that probably helped. It was good, though.

I'm moving and starting new jobs and every other damn thing, sorry KK. Talk to Girljock, we all know she's the brains on the conditioning forum.

Black like my heart, black like my soul. Even when I get it iced from Starbucks I tell them to leave the "syrup" out. Because my wife works there I know that it's unqualified high-fructose corn syrup, basically the worst thing you can possibly eat.

Besides raw porcupine I guess.
